That happens to a lot of ppl the 1st time they train at a good MMA gym.

You wouldn't know it but some of the big names in the UFC, guys who went 5-0 with their UFC fights, had that experience.

^^Kilburn has a granite chin and a big head. That's a gift when fighting in the UFC.

If you can take a punch you're always in the fight. That would be the one thing I'd want the most to start off in MMA as you can begin to work on all the other aspects of MMA like kick boxing and wrestling and take down defense.
