I've hit the heavy bag over the years even when taped and gloved up and rolled my wrist hitting with full force. Body and abs are solid as a rock with these top notch fit UFC fighters..

Just an observation I'm pointing out. I love the body work by Aldo though. Just saying.

Broken toes not fun, hard to walk and or run on them until they heal up..
