Looks like there actually was one in the Gane/JDS fight. With two minutes left in R1, Gane through a Southpaw Body Kick that strayed low and hit JDS in the groin. Jerin Valel paused the fight before resuming 22 seconds later. Happens at 5:02 of the linked video.
