Josh Rosenthal was the best!

Herzog is GOAT. I've never seen him mess anything up. Extremely professional.

Dean is terrible with stoppages. He has many early stoppages on his record, but also many late ones. Seems to be worse as the years go on. He's a little lax on rule enforcement too. Otherwise he's good, but those are some big flaws.

Goddard is a prick and he's terrible with standing guys up and pulling them off the cage. Woodley v Usman was a great example.

Beltran is great, but you don't see much of him outside California.

Miragliotta, not much comes to mind for how often we see him and how loud he is, so that speaks well of him.

McCarthy is out of the game.

Mike Beltran has to be as good as any MMA ref there possibly could be. Not to mention he is a really fantastic person.
