Didn't catch the fight but won 1u on Salter (-125). Was this a bad decision or just a symptom of MMA judging (i.e. Steenis won a round clearly, while Salter got two close rounds and thus won the fight)?

Salter won round 1 and 2, its not Pride. If you win round 1 and 2 clearly even if you get your ass kicked in round 3, you still loose the fight. I dont think its was a 10-8 round.

The usual judging criteria many disagree with. Bad decision goes to far just that Steenis had more significant strikes, did way more damage.
The look on Steenis' face at the end said alot. No respect for an opponent who laid on top for most of the fight...going home with increased CTE risk.
