well i mean i bet diaz so im not arguing with you. Fighting is like chess. Nate just had the better gas tank. I would argue all around pettis is the better athlete, but diaz is the better fighter. I think if you let them fight without a ref pettis dies straight up. Diaz is a bad dude

Pettis was lifting weights on UFC embedded during fight week.

That could be a bad practice, if its true that the human body needs time to acclimate and adapt to new muscle growth. That might be one reason Pettis faded.

Would be interested to hear someone more knowledgeable comment on that.
