I've got some decent money on Sipe. Mayes is a slob, won't make it into the UFC. I think it's a setup fight for a young 22 year old Sipe just like for Maycee Barber. Don't think I'd put money on Sipe over -400 however.

Put a little money on Heinisch at -400. Not much though, his opponent is good. But Heinisch is a killer with great takedowns and KO power in his overhands.

I haven't had time to watch tape on the bottom 2 fights, any info would be helpful.
