Better to lose from liver shot than to have the lights shut out at least. Think the line on Spitz has lost all value at this point, a flier on Harris seems like an ok play. Never like to go big on these heavily juiced lines. Kind of afraid of Harris gassing worse than Spitz, if it goes past one, if it is possible to gas worse than Spitz.

I don't understand the love for Daniel Spitz that's moving this line significantly for the underdog. I thought Harris was worth the -300 line easy. He is by far the more explosive and powerful athlete, with all of his wins by KO/TKO.

Spitz is going to try to dance around, fighting a FW gameplan, and he's going to get cornered in this small octagon. Once there, I think he may have enough power to do some damage in round 1, but outside of that his hands slow down and he becomes much less dangerous. If Harris is in shape at all, he should be able to win handily IMO. Let's not forget that Spitz's regional scene competition was horrendous, and he was outclassed by Godbeer for 3rds in his debut. The only win he has is because he grazed the chinniest chin at HW in Anthony Hamilton. Hoping Harris proves me right here because I feel very confident in my read. Only way I see it going south is if Harris chokes it away with horrible gameplan or by coming in out of shape.

Spitz could be like a heavyweight version of Michael Chiesa.

Walt Harris was subbed quickly by Fabricio Werdum. If Spitz has the submission chops his strengths could align with Walt Harris' weaknesses. Have no play here. Let's see how it goes.

Spitz looked absolutely dreadful against Godbeer. He was on another level of gassed that most heavyweights gas at. He was a huge dog against Hamilton, I even took a flier on that. When I saw the opener I wanted to take Spitz again here, just for the chance of getting the quick KO again at that price. Had to take a flier on Harris at -220 closing though.

Too easy. Harris too fast, too powerful, too explosive. Spitz's only shot was to last until the 3rd round and pull something crazy out, but he didn't push the pace even a little bit to try to get Harris to gas.
