Like I said, I didn't get to cap like I would like... Haqparast is 22yo out of KingsMMA/Tristar? Hmmm... only one loss? Seems like the kind of guy I'd usually look for value on. I wish I had a chance to watch some of his fights before this card. I know what Held offers but Haqparast sounds interesting.

One problem with Helds game is that he doesn't mix up the striking and take downs well. It's either one or the other. For a good example, see Cody Stamann last fight

I'm very impressed by Haqparast right now. He's energetic. Good pressure. Accurate and long with his strikes. Takedown defense is pretty solid. He has some trouble when Held gets him flat on his back, but man he is making Held earn it on the feet and with his TDD.

Who won that round? Haqparast won the striking exchanges and had a Knockdown, Held won the grappling exchanges and had a few solid submission attempts.
