Ok 2 things:

I received my credit card statement and there was an odd charge on it. It reads:

2 QINDL CO. LTD. BEIJING BEI $206.75

I had no idea what it was so I called my credit card company and told them I did not make the charge. In short they removed it from my account.

It Just dawned on me today that this was the deposit I made into 5Dimes for $200.

2 things:

* Is the 3+ percent fee normal?
* I'm going to call my credit card company and tell them it IS my charge cause it's the right thing to do AND I don't want 5Dimes messing with my money. I'm up a few hundred.

I just started with 5Dimes so I have no past experience.

You had better resolve it quickly with your credit card company to get they money back to 5Dimes. You also need to get on chat with Becky or Tony and explain your mistake. Names of People who c h a r g e b a c k are shared in the industry and you could get blackballed from playing at any reputable site.

Yes many sites are charging fees with that type of deposit now. BOL is the highest at 6.5% I think.

There's credit card fees on foreign transactions. That's where you got the extra $6 fee from your $200 deposit.

call them they will resolve it they were charging me 6 percent while using a china processor once I called them they refunded me the 6 percent no issue
