Just curious to see what your worst prediction/bet you've ever made was?
I'd have to go with the time I bet Thiago Alves over Condit (and I like Condit a lot.)

LOL I vividly remember which fight you were talking about too. Looked great at the weigh in's. Dolce was pressing his guy real hard.

Aldo vs Mac at -115. Wasn't big money but to see the guy go down in 13 seconds made me question my capping skills for a minute.

Yep I lost that fight too.. That was on the same card I lost Wiedman.. I lost thousands on that event... Worst single betting day loss in my entire life.. Took me a good month and a half to make back all that money... Luckily I heated up after that...

Boetsch defeating Lombard.
Lombard said he went into that fight injured, if I had knew I would not have bet on him. There was no way of knowing.

Had Iceman over rampage in ufc. Buddy gave me even money. and Chuck was like -200 fav. So even tho I leaned page I took Liddell. Was early in my betting career and I learned alot. Realized then that these lines were soft

That wasn't a bad bet. Tito caught him. That was just bad luck. My Thiago Alves over Condit prediction was just way off.

Rothwell... Becuase 1 it was the largest bet I made..
2 - I didn't think for myself .. I feel like I should have avoided the fight, hedged JDS by UD or went full out on JDS by UD..
Reason being is I knew he was technically better than Big Ben, he could easily get on the bike and outbox him for 5 rounds and I knew big Bens chin would hold up..
I was buying the hype train bases on the forum concensus aND his loss to overeem.

That was a solid pick. I had Condit as well - close fight.
But me picking Alves over Condit... that fight wasn't even close.
I'm talking about fights where your prediction was waaay off. A lot of us were off on Rothwell over JDS.

Man this happened to me too, i made a huge live bet on the ukranian chick at -200 after her rival went for a dumb ass guillotine i knew she was spent after that, problem is my sportsbook didnt register for some reason i was so freaking pissed.
So i chased on Rothwell, the sad thing is i had JDS by decision as my original bet and if i didnt put that last bet on Rothwell i actually would have made money that night.

Silva over Bisping for both probably. I knew these Brazilians were all worthless after the PED ban and I still backed a guy that had fought once in 2+ years

Was gonna say I'm not so confident with Meisha Tate now, we've seen her lose fights in the past, she was losing that last fight to Holy Holm before the comeback finish choke out late....
I have Tate in a couple parlays but honestly I'm kinda regretting it.. I hope she wins though but wouldn't be surprised if she loses..

What changed your opinion of Tate's chances? The Holm fight would have ended as a draw if Tate didn't get the finish and Holm used her striking advantage to outpoint Tate in the early rounds. I think's its pretty unlikely that Nunes will take a decision from Tate. Thus far she hasn't shown the fight IQ or cardio to outpoint opponents over a five round distance. If she gets taken down, she is not great at getting back up and hasn't shown a whole lot of subs off her back. Miesha is tough and difficult to KO. If she can survive the early blitz, she should be able to coast to a late finish or Unanimous Decision. I still don't like laying -250 when Nunes has a clear path to victory but there are some Miesha props that have good value.

Hugo you know I go by the numbers, Amanda Nunes has 9 finishes in first 1st round as a pro and that's something you just can't over look.. She really comes out trying to finish fighters from the very start of the fight.. http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Amanda-Nunes-31496
A little worried Nunes takes out Tate early on to be honest.. Tate has also lost 2 fights in the 1st round just for the record.. I didn't change my mind but doubt did creep in.. I still like Meisha Tate but decided to hedge with the 1st round prop with Nunes..
This $50 prop below covers all my Tate plays pretty much and then some.. Just don't wanna lose money if Tate takes one on the chin and gets dropped early on..

I think this is the best hedge. Hit it at opener (+900). Nunes is still live to get finishes later but I think one of Nunes Rd 1/Tate ITD/Tate UD happen 90% of the time.

+900 is a nice grab for that prop.. I was late to cap these events and apparently it has cost me with that prop.. This really just popped into my mind this morning.. Felt like I needed to hedge this fight when I saw that prop at +625 on 5D....
Way to jump on that prop early in the game and get those odds Hugo.......... You snooze you lose on some of these prop odds that's for sure..

I'll clear it later. Well Tate does have an iron jaw in which she can absorb punches better than most and her wrestling and experience is what helps her win fights.
I think it's a rare occurrence for the UFC title change to happen 3 times in a row, it's currently at 2 in a row.
Ronda to Holm, Holm to Tate. If we lose our bet on her then it's Tate to Nunes.
