its just a human error, those things happen, they had the lines backwards, its better they canceled them before it started then to cancel them after you win or lose. its always better to tell them about the line error, because they'll eventually catch it, you'll never get payed on something off like that, with any book. it was a good bet value wise, but it still would have likely lost anyway, could be better off.
