Jermain Taylor vs Carl Froch...who takes this?
ask because I expected talyor to be a heavy favorite. But he's only at -130.

I thought Froch was just another British import who has an impressive record over little known fighters and journeymen...

    several "experts" have Froch winning.

Who do you guys have winning?

    all opinions welcome.

I am leaning toward Taylor in this one. He seems faster than Froch, and I would be concerned with how low Froch keeps his hands. Froch does hit deceptively hard and Taylor hasn't shown the best of chins. It's a tough call, but I would go with the faster, more championship experienced fighter. Taylor doesn't get a lot of credit, but no matter how you viewed his career you do have to admit that he more than hung in there against Hopkins. Even though I thought Hopkins won, Taylor showed a lot of poise in the ring against one of the best fighters of our generation. Taylor by UD

The line on the match is saying that they are pretty even. But I think Taylor has a better then 55% chance of winning it, so my money is on Taylor.

taylor has the better experience and faster hands, but i question his stamina and chin at 168. Lacy knocked taylor down (it was incorrectly ruled a slip) and lacy is completely shot. taylor has had stamina problems throughout his career, and that is against smaller jr MWs. look for froch to come on strong the last 1/3 of the fight. pick is froch to win.
