That was a fix if I've ever seen one. That left McGregor threw is not a knockout punch. Aldo took that loss and layed waiting for the fight to get called. What crap

neither was the one weidman through vs silva the first time. It happens, it was purely a fluke win on top of being a huge letdown because it happened in 10 seconds.

Aldo probably got paid TONS. Should've known better UFC NEEDS Conor to win to stay relevant after Rousey's shocking loss. UFC will be the WWE/NFL and fix fights. Aldo got clipped with a decent shot but it's always hard to determine if that was a real KO shot. I'm a believer of NFL fixing games, and wouldn't be surprised if the UFC borrowed a script.

It's easy to fix fights and now after UFC 189, I have to be more cautious when placing bets. UFC is no better than the NFL or NBA. IF they need to make money somehow and generate big profits, they'll do whatever it takes. Dana is the happiest man in Vegas seeing Conor win. Now they have big plans to market McGregor in Ireland to make more money. It's a real shady business but nobody likes to lose.

I got Rockhold today at +140. I think the line will start edging down a bit? I already thought Luke was bigger and had more power but just read an article the other day about how Weidman has lost some weight and is already around 192-93? He better plan on coming into the ring bigger than that because Luke will probably be 205-210 lbs of ripped muscle. Luke looked twice the size of Machida or Bisping when he crushed them....he's a HUGE middleweight. I respect Chris but he's been besting some old-timers and he's not ready for this beast!!

Why Didn't they fix the Ronda fight then...can't hold it against Conor because he gets fans with his mouth,but he backs it up, you can't take that from him, it's sickening to see people calling his fights fixed, he's been doing this his whole career, it's nothing new man. Aldo jumped into a powerful pinpoint punch, clearly landed perfectly on the chin, he does it everytime, you have to take him down, are you have no way of winning, I knew aldo would try to stand with him, it's his nature, made this a easy call. If you stand with connor, you fall.

Which part was boring? Well, let's see. The months and months of hearing about it. The phony posturing and trash talking that has zero effect on the fight. The WWE style buildup. The WWE style announcer making the looooong introductions. I've seen both basketball teams announced in less time than this guy talked about each one of these 135lb tiny men. Then the fight was over in ten seconds. Thank god I streamed it. People pay to watch this?

Like I said, not a fan. I used to love boxing but MMA doesn't do it for me. However, this fight was so built up that I decided to give it a shot. Ten minutes of light shows and dramatic introductions and ten seconds of fighting later, I'm bored.

I looked at Conor's record & he's 19-2 with 17 knockouts.

Conor has a higher knockout percentage than pretty much anyone, including all time greats in boxing like Mike Tyson.
