#541Another decision win for JJ.. I'm starting to think JJ is a lock to go to decision against the top guys.. He just doesn't have that killer instinct anymore IMO.. #542If Cormier can take Anthony Johnsons best chance, Jon Jones cant finish Cormier in a million years. Jon Jones isnt nast anymore. Before he crumbled people. People turled up. #543Cormier took AJ's best shot briefly. That fight didn't last that long.
This will be a 5 round fight and Jon will be up for this fight since Cormier is his nemesis. Don't count Jon out. He is the best fighter in the planet. OSP is very solid and he barely touched Jon in that fight. Plus Jon was off for 15 months.
I'm not touching this fight at the current odds. I just wanna enjoy this one. Plus I'd like to see Cormier win.Comment -

#545Yep, DC has a granite chin for sure.. This is the one fight where I really think history will repeats itself.. JJ by unanimous decision is what I'm thinking.. DC just doesn't have the tools, reach, height or speed to beat JJ round after round.. He is tough enough to last though and take a mild beating..Originally posted by bjpenn85If Cormier can take Anthony Johnsons best chance, Jon Jones cant finish Cormier in a million years. #548Nothing that's why I said in this rematch history should repeat itself.. DC is to short and his wrestling has no effect on JJ.. JJ is gonna win rounds on points just like he did in the 1st fight.. It's not rocket science..Originally posted by Mxs1332Jon Jones NOT training I might add.. So what do we think will be different from the first?
Realistically what can DC improve on to beat JJ this second go around? Can he improve on his wrestling to take down JJ, can DC improve on his Jits to sub out JJ, can he improve his striking and knock out JJ? I don't think he can improve on any of the above!!!
At his age (37) and coming of an injury now I don't see DC coming into this rematch any better then in the 1st fight.. If anything JJ might be more improved...I think DC takes a beating again for 5 rounds and survives just like the first fight to lose by unanimous decision..

I think he may claim injury again for a way out, DC is a smart guy and he knows what he is up against... He should dodge JJ at all costs IMO...Comment -

#549One thing DC can work on on are power shots. He could work on his movement a bit and try landing good shots. All he does outside of grappling looks to be pretty sloppy and energy consuming. Technique and timing does the trick. Hes probably not gonna pull it off at his age. U. dec. Jon Cokes Jones.Originally posted by JIBBBYNothing that's why I said in this rematch history should repeat itself.. DC is to short and his wrestling has no effect on JJ.. #557Black Beast by KO me tinks!!! Knocks out old fat Roy of Boy Nelson and retires him finally.. Roy is just too old, too fat, chin has to be fading at some point now in his 40's.. Younger and scarier big black Beast Lewis is damn hard to bet against..Sorry Roy I like ya but gotta fade ya on this one..Originally posted by Killer_DemoDerrick Lewis vs Roy Nelson confirmed for fight pass card with RDA vs Alvarez
Derrick Lewis wins by KO in 1st round is my guess.. Odds might be decent because the regular MMA betting fans know ROY NELSON and will be loading up.. Wait that one out.. MMA guru's know Roy is at the end of his rope in MMA and a stepping stone for younger and better agro fighters coming up now..
Roy barely has an early hay makers chance in this one..

RDA probably KO's Eddie too by the way, RDA ITD is gonna be my play.. That should be a good fight while it lasts..
Looking forward to that scrap but I think Eddie is out gunned in that one standing or on the ground..

#559Unc, Roy cannot beat the Beast.. Not a chance.. don't do it man!!!... Oh and Roy won't be able to take down Derrick Lewis either.. It will stay standing and most likely Roy will get dropped and put down just like Mark Hunt did to him.. Black Beast is a BIG Heavyweight as well just like Mark Hunt.. Comes in at max weight.. Scary thing is Beast has a better gas tank then Roy.. Roy will be looking for an out after he blows his wad in the first round if it lasts that long..

This will be easy money...Comment -
