yeah i had forgotten bout lawyer, it was 5 years ago though. my money would be on lawyer heavy in a rematch. nicks taken a lot of punches by guys who cant hold lawyers jock now. i wonder why neither brother faces decent competition? maybe they arent complaining to the right people or need some new mgmt. or maybe its cus everytime they fight anyone with a name, they get beat. i dunno, i would like to see them against someone maybe in the top 5 in their weightclass though

and no matter how you want to slice it, the scoring system is what it is. But, nate's fight against guida was bullshit, this is mma, not squeeze your partner for 3 rounds. I dont blame guida for his gameplan, diaz had a 9'' reach advantage but the ref should have stood that fight up multiple times.

Diaz bro's are great fighters, but not the best model citizen. But, I have seen worse. I would love for Diaz to get a rematch against lawler, another high % bet for diaz

nothing wrong with doing what you gotta do to win. nick beat some good comp years ago (finally looked at his wiki) i hadnt realized he beat some good names a few years back. i guess the chumps he has been fighting the last year are preparing him for some bigger names

ya its because dana is a dick, they had a falling out, Diaz im sure had his fair share of the fault, but i doubt he is coming back to the ufc, which I personally think is a huge disappointment.

The books should make a prop bet for whether or not Nick will pass his drug test. I read somewhere that he currently smokes up until 10 days before fight night, and then uses products that will flush the pot out of his system. Really, really bad idea. In that same article he said he used to get high in his hotel before heading off to the arena for his fights.

And I really can't stand the Diaz brothers. I put a small bet on Nick, but ended up rooting for shamrock.
