The fact that you said that (and it's absolutely correct) is a travesty in itself. She scored no offence, was threatened with submissions multiple times, thoroughly outclassed, but because she ended up in a submission attempt where her body was above her opponent's, one judge gave her the round. Same judge probably would have given all five rounds to Bendo against Thomson. Bendo was on top in R1.

She's one of the only girls in the house with the mindset of a champion. She cares so much about victory and achieving her ideal life that she doesn't have the energy to commit to caring about drama, or feuds. Most importantly, how she reacted to that bitchy Heather girl indicates that she thoroughly resents those who accept their own weakness, and she seems to hold herself to an almost worryingly high standard. I get the feeling that, to her, it makes little difference if she is alone or with fifteen other girls. She has been thinking of exactly one thing since day one, same as Calderwood. Esparza and some of the other top girls are spending too much time enjoying the spotlight for my liking; Esparza has an overwhelming skillset for most of the girls in the house, but she is not the best fighter, nor does she deserve to be champion. Rose has a certain difficult-to-quantify self-awareness about her that most of the other girls do not have.
