My take.. Not much too cap or break down in this match up really...

Both can hit like trucks, both can take monster punches, neither can kick, both will gas out in a hurry and start hugging like homo's which might make for a boring fight after round 1..

Big Boy Roy has the clear advantage on the ground, but the question is can he get it there?.. Coin toss and big if???...

If i had to guess, probably goes the distance and I'm thinking Roy does just a little more and wins by decision once they both start breathing, hugging and holding on just to survive for the second half of the fight..

Jesus, so he did. You're right, he's probably going to attempt to have another draw. He has a taste for it now, he won't be able to help himself. Probably plans to lose the first round 10-8, the second 10-9, and then win the last three.

Hunt would win this easily but unfortunately when Nelson realizes that sloppy shit he throws only works against cans he will turn into a wrestler. Hunt gets taken down it is over.

Placed already - Tate -350/Jury -550 Parlay (3 units to win 1.6) 5 Dimes...

Bovada - (better odds) Tate -265/Jury -500 Parlay (3 units to win 1.95)

Risking alot in this parlay to win a little but I feel this is about as good as a 2 team parlay lock as you can get with this event..

Mesha is facing an opponent with a nice MMA record but that record is very deceiving.. Mesha is better in every area and gonna bust her up standing... Why are their Fight Night cards better than their PPVs?

They put their heavyweights on Fight Night, like last one with Mitrione, Overeem, etc

Then their PPVs they put on their overgrown midgets like Mighty Mouse who can't finish a cup of coffee, let alone an opponent

I'm putting 5 units on hunt motherfuck everyone else, also putting 1 on gomi. Jury's a beast but i'm a gomi fanboy+ that 1 hit quit.

Managed to hit arlovski too last weekend at 2 units, HA. How bigfoot was a 4-1 over anyone is beyond me, dude's been ko'd before and it's the hw division.

Thinking Akiyama with his Olymipic caliber Judo skills still throws Amir around for 3 rounds but Amir is durable and almost impossible to finish off.. Amir probably will be very game in the final round is what my crystal ball tells me..

That 40 years of age for Akiyama and that 4 fight losing streak (to some very good competition though) has me still on the fence in this one..

May just skip the straight play and go for the Over 2 1/2 rounds only in this one -180.. Throw that in a parlay play or something... Worried about Akiyama's gas tank in that last round though.. Losing 4 straight fights that doubt may creep into his mind as well late...

Thoughts on this fight?
