You can also bite and kick a guy in the balls in a McDonalds street fight, but that doesn't have much to do with a sanctioned MMA fight.

First round was close, but Diego took it with his flurries at the end I thought. Second round, Diego did more damage, but Pearson scored a flash knockdown, so most people gave him that round. Third round, more of Pearson keeping range while Diego landed his best shots in flurries, similar to the first round.

If you scored the first for Diego, you could definitely score the third for Diego. Second is trickier, because normally the guy who gets the KD does more damage in that round, but that wasn't the case.

It was a competitive fight, but even if Pearson was more technical, I think that his pitter-patter shots don't outscore the bombs Diego was throwing.
