Was hoping to grab Newton as a dog this time. At these odds it's hard not to play Veigh. Although i thought Newton won the first go around, it was a super close fight.

I think Vegh at +200 is a joke, got 3U on him for sure. Got 2 on the Freire/Rickels under as well.

Based on his improved cardio compared to Newton (look at round 4 and 5 in the only fights they've had at that distance, granted different fights but far better cardio from Vegh) I think he's a better more technical striker than Newton whose best punch is a straight, a punch that Zayats was tagging Newton with a ton in their fight.

I just think that they match-up well and it will always be a close fight. Both have good chins, neither have great power, Vegh has imo better cardio and more technical striking. +300 is way off from my point of view.

Agree with crassus. concerned about the layoff, but still think vegh being undervalued. Took it at +210, and small on itd +725.

For some incredible reason, referee Chuck Wolfe stands by while the supine Brown gets Gallemore's fist crammed into his face a half dozen more times until he finally decides to intervene and rescue Brown.

Bellator undercard fight. Some hick referee let another big fat white hick pound on what was basically a black corpse. The black guy got hit clean then fell down face first! The fight should have been stopped immediately! The black guy just layed there motionless while the fat white guy just started pounding him! The ref. just stared & let the beating continue! I'm having a hard time betting on this weekend's fights since I don't know enough about most of the fighters. I'm trying to come up with a couple small plays just to make things interesting. So far I've placed:

2 units on Vegh to win 3.7 units
2 units on Newton/Vegh goes 5 rounds+not Dolloway ITD+Rua/Henderson starts 2nd round to win 2.07 units

I see Newton/Vegh being close and going to decision.

Whoa -800. I didn't play him, almost did at -180 with all the money coming in on girtz. Would have tossed him into my campos parlays

Close first round. Newton did far more volume-wise, but when he managed to open up and push against the fence, Vegh landed the harder shots by far. I think I'd give it to Newton for his accumulation of damage with leg kicks and volume striking.
