Can Lamas beat Aldo?

Aldo is Aldo, but I think Lamas has a decent chance to upset the champ here. He has been very impressive in recent fights. He's about a 4.5 to 1 underdog here. What do you MMA guys think? Lamas has looked better and better with each fight and I think this could be an opportunity to cash in on an underdog. Lamas obviously doesn't have the standup to survive for 5 rounds vs Aldo, but this guy is Lamas guy is tough as nails and I think he can land a few takedowns and do some damage.

I already thew down a little bit on Lamas here. Would like to hear some analysis/opinions from you guys before I throw down more. Thanks in advance.

True, I would at least take Aldo by TKO/stoppage as a prop. Fight definitely ain't going the full 5 rounds.

Love lamas here. He's from Chicago, has a dog, hasn't fought in a year so he is super well rested and ready to go. Plus several of my sources said lamas is in the best shape of hi life and hungrier than aldo because he hasn't eaten in a while

After much thought and consideration (about 10-15 minutes worth) I have decided not to add to my initial bet. I still feel +450 is decent value here, but will just leave it at a 2 unit bet. BTW, I never recommended going big on this play, I just feel Lamas has a decent shot and +450 seems like a shot-worthy price. Good luck to anyone who tails/fades/doesn't give 2 fukks.

I would slightly hedge if I were you. Big parlay with Aldo/Ubereem and a smaller parlay with Aldo/Ubereem/Barao. The way Faber has improved since Bang took over as head coach gives me cause for concern. Barao should win but it's NOT a lock. Not even close.
