This is a pure value play. We rate better than a 38.46% chance of this not going past the first round (which the odds of $2.60 indicate). We rate this closer to a 44% chance, hence the one unit suggestion at these odds.

In 22 total UFC fights, Aussie/NZ fighter James Te Huna has finished, or been finished, in the first round of 13 fights (and 8/13). His style dictates a quick fight, which is evidenced by only three of his 22 fights going the distance.

His Brazilian opponent has only gone the distance in 5/29 fights, showing he too likes quick fights. In 18 of his 29 fights, we haven't seen Rua go beyond the first round.

Based on the fact these two fighters have better than a 50% record of having their fights finished in the first round, the $2.60 for under 1.5 rounds looks like very good value.

Bet365 and Centrebet is offering $2.20 on the same market, while Sportsbet is offering $2.10.

That... is actually pretty tempting... particularly since the odds are now +145 and +265 respectively. I am indeed worried about Big Foot getting a sub, but that's actually a pretty decent angle. Well spotted.

Capper on another street said he was involved with training him early on and he was the most talented kid he has ever seen…head and shoulders above the competition there.

He isn't unknown anymore. But he is so young…he is going to improve so much. Got a Pettis kind of look.

Also it wasn't +120, opened +180, I only grabbed the +150; but they paid it out so I'm happy boy.
