There are guys here who can do a pretty good job of handicapping a fight, but would be laughed out of a theory thread, and guys who can't handicap for shit, but have very sound theory. Only a few have both. Quite a few have neither, though. The worst documented bettor is probably Ron_Paul. Not to keep ragging on the guy, but Jesus, he lost his whole bankroll, that's about as bad as it gets; although, with that said, hasn't Gabe gone busto more than once? He seems to be up lifetime, though. Hard to keep track of people around here.

It's my opinion that you can tell how good a handicapper someone is by looking at how they think about fights much more so than by looking at their recent results.
