Maybe it's just because I know MMA much better than other sports but I find it much easier making a profit off of MMA than anything else. My advice would be to play parlays carefully. I swore off them for a little because they were killing my profit (one fight would always screw me).

this was only my 7th mma event I bet on and these last 3 have been ridiculously kind to me. If the ufc puts out 20+ events like it says it will this year I will be a very happy man.
I lost on Stephens in a parlay and mac straight up but won big on few others and parlayd them for my bigger winner johnson/pellegrino/miller/cain

Im looking forward to next event, after the start to this year, two weeks is too long to wait.

I had Lauzon, Velasquez, Pellegrino, Rumble Johnson, and Matt Riddle. It was a rare night for me to go 5 for 5 as I usually lose one or two and the parlay. But I profited pretty well being up +10.52 units.

The quality unfortunately goes down if you put out too many events. Yesterday's event and UFC 95 are perfect examples of this. UFC 95 has one marquee matchup in Gouveia vs. Marquardt and one potential matchup in Sonnen vs. Maia. The other fights belong on something like ShoXC or Friday Night Fights and the main event rivals Bisping vs. Leben in worthlessness.

I definitely would not pay to see ufc 95 but as of now for the upcoming ufc cards I see easy pickings, imo. I am staying far away from nate/gouveia fight. But, i will be betting on maia/kos/sanchez absolutely. Not sure how yet but plenty of time. I think there will be some great highlights, some very good matchups. Nate/wilson is going to be a techincal battle, first to make mistake will lose. J daddy is a great fighter and tough as nails but diego is too big for him. And I am definitely betting on the guy that beat diego haha. But, i think it will be a exciting card.

I think i will be adding santos to the list for 95 also.

There are only three bets that jump out at me so far for 95 are Kos, Diego, and Dos Santos. Depending on the lines will determine how I play but I already got Diego on a max play.
