Why does everyone hate Luca so much?

Nah, I can sleep fine, I've just always had a tendency to revert to sleeping during the day, at least up to a point. Keeping a sleeping routine is not something I want to do, so my pattern changes pretty regularly. I've always thought I might have some sort of circadian rhythm disorder, because I feel much more alert and creative sleeping during daylight.

I agree. i have the most creative and interesting ideas during the night. im more of a night time person and hate mornings. i just feel there is an overall generally more healthy feeling physically to waking up in the mornings and sleep during the night.

Yes, i do get headaches more often when i stay up late and wake up later, but i think tht is just because its messing up a routine tht my body is now programmed to. If i did the opposite for a sustained period of time im sure my body would adapt.

I think its more about being outside even if the suns not out fully it is still good for you. after a certain point i don't get tired though, i stayed up till around 5 last night woke up a few hours later left the house haven't taken a nap since i got back and walked the dog at around 8. could easily stay up till the morn again but i think i should sleep soon.
