I sent him 2000 points, assured I'd be paid back by July 15th. This was on July 6th. He said that he was buying points on July 15th, it may take until July 25th for his purchase to clear. So, July 25th at the latest.

He sent me this on July 26th, after I messaged him asking about it (politely):

yes the due date was july 25th. unfortunately i had other debts to take care of and went on a huge heater in the sports book cashing 7k. i paid out 4k towards debt. you were next but i went 0-5 yesterday and lost 4 k. i didnt know you are going to jump on the due date for pts man otherwise i would have paid you off. listen give me another 2 weeks. i will add on 75 pts to the interest. so 2575 owed. i am doing some rollover at bookmaker and Bet365 and then will buy points . rollover is taking some time though.

you plan on cashing out yur points. if you ABSOLUTELY need them then i will make arrangements to pay you by the end of this week. otherwise just bear with me man. i paid out 4k in 48 hours . i aint going nowhere .

Which is all good. Never asked for compensation, they're just points, but he offered 200 in compensation, so whatever. That's fine.

Today, he sent me 2600 points. I messaged him and pointed out that he offered to send me 2700.

ill throw you 100 more when i can handle it. gimme a couple of weeks. 2700 was a bit steep anyway for being 2 weeks late ? your call .

I replied saying that it's dirty for him to offer me 200 points in compensation for the late pay and then reply as if I'm trying to scam him when he only sends me 100 points. His most recent reply is as follows:
