Compared to Davis, he had far more offence. He landed flush on Davis repeatedly and clearly got the best of the striking exchanges, while Davis landed quite a few kicks, but they had absolutely nothing behind them.

Completely agree...I cannot imagine how few a number of strikes Davis actually landed in the first round...not one strike in a two minute span...Normally I shake it off well but this was not close.

I really don't think it is that bad of a decision. I scored the fight as a draw. Davis did well in the second round and the first round was 10-10 imo.
Davis was impressive. His training with Gustaffson has helped.
