I handicap every fight on each card when I have the time, no reason not to bet a line if I think it's off and I handicapped it.

I'm not saying that. Although, most lines will be off at some point. Lines move enough that you can generally take a side at some point during their lifecycle. Obviously I'm not betting on lines when I think they're set correctly though.
