Story has one of the best chins in that division. If Hendricks or Alves couldn't knock him out I find it hard to believe mike pyle can.

Alves is a runt. Hendricks isn't going to KO everyone he faces. I wouldn't expect him to lose to Story if they fought again. Like I said, Story is tough, but at that price....Neer was KO'd once in all of his sloppy brawls before Pyle KO'd him...Head had never been KO'd. Funch had never been TKO/KO'd.

I'm just going by the level of competition Story has faced in comparison. Yeah Pyle KOed some very average fighters but you asked if it's worth putting any money on Pyle by KO and I'm just telling you Story survived far more proven finishers in Alves, Hendricks, and ellenberger. I just don't see it.

That Thompson line is definitely going higher, imo.

He opened -300 against Matt Brown. Yes, it was bet down to -213 and the movement was correct, but there has to be a reason that line opened that high.

Because he was overrated as penetrate and brown was underrated as penetrate so line was pretty bad. Mofos were swinging on those balls cos he was the next machida from tristar and he kept talking about wrestling being his strongest point which clearly was BS but everyone bought it. They thought he was machida and gsp altogether.

Cashed penetrating in on Brown vs Thompson. One of the reasons why I love me some Immortal chew. He's made me a lot of cash in his last run here. Can't believe I didnt bet him against Swick though.

I'm kinda worried that Thompson will get outgrinded again, but I'm not sure Burellio has the balls or heart of The Immortal One to walk through the strikes thats surely going to land throughout the fight.

Story -145? Is this real life?

Only way Pyle wins this is going counterwrestling mode and trip TDs to gain top control for the majority of the fight, but Im having a hard time seeing that happen? Im already pretty heavy on him, but im wondering if there is something I'm not seeing here..?

Pyles takedown threat, Story getting choked out by maia in round 1, Three consecutive Kos from pyle in the very first round. Its enough to make people hesitant to wager anything on story. I would pick story, but i wouldnt bet on him. Im not that confident.

Jeremy Stevens fight i can hear Rogan now. If he knocks the guy out in the first Rogan will be barking about Stevens and his new weight and it should have everyone worried at 145. I loved Stevens when i first saw him lose to Din Thomas but the progression just isn't there especially in his last fights. KInda reminds me of Rampage where he just hit the wall and this is what u are gonna get the rest of his career. A guy who will just slug it out and possible get caught more than not.
