Lister has always been oneof my favs but he just has not produced in MMA

He gases and has not stand up

Do I want The Boogeyman to win? Yes. Will He? I’m afraid not. Yushin Okami is not a world beater either but he has very good all round skills. He is a notoriously slow starter when he fights, but always turns it on in the end. If he can start out fast and overwhelm Lister with his power and strikes he should easily win in the first round. Otherwise he will start off slow and slowly start to dominate in the second and third rounds of the fight for a decision. Either way he is going to win this fight

Dean Lister trains and Coaches here in San diego about 5 minuts from my house, Im cheering for him. I agree his stand up is not that good but is working hard on it. And is one of the best American grapplers out there.

Okami is one of the best 185lb in the world, He was going fight A Silva for the title but broke his hand and was forced out of the fight and Cote stepped up for Silva title. Okami is Huge super strong 185lb guy with solid stand up great wrestling and ground and pound (old school matt hughes style). Isee him being to much to handle on the feet or ground. Lister is crafty and just submitted Jeremy Horn, He always has a chance to win bye submission but very small chance against Okami. Okami really has not been exposed much because of being Japanese and not bring the most exciting fights so not many people know how good this guy is.

okami is a high level grappler, damien maia could not submit him in adcc. i see okami winning this by dec. he beats lister standing and he pummels him from on top and he will power out of all sub attempts
