I'm a HUGE BJ Penn fan and I think that he should perhaps be on that list instead of Randy or Royce, but this list isn't meant to tell the truth, it's meant to cater to the noobs.

I agree though, BJ is above Royce Randy, Chuck, and Wand....arguably Shogun too, but those other guys I just mentioned seemed to have done more for their respective organizations at the time, so I gave them the nod....well maybe not Shogun...

He's the greatest UFC HW champ ever...but after Cain defends his title once more, that will change. He may not have been that athletic, but looked like and had the same exact strategy as Chuck! He'd circle away and avoid the takedown...but obviously Chuck was a bit better
