I closed my BetCris account through their support so I could open a new one which has dollars as its default currency, and they transferred my remaining balance to my new account.
I only had €500 on the old account, but when transferred to dollars, I had $1350. Course of action from here? That's the equivalent of almost exactly €1000. I'm contemplating reporting it to them as €500 isn't exactly life changing and isn't worth getting limited or otherwise penalized for. Thoughts?
