    So who fights Silva next?
With Weidman out, barring a "superfight", with Bisping down, who the hell fights Silva next?

    Okami/Lombard winner? Seems unlikely.

    Rockhold? Doubt it.

Who the hell fights Silva next, or does he just chill out for the year?

Silva has expressed interest in fighting Rockhold in the past, so maybe they will go with him depending on how quickly he recovers from his recent injury. I can't think of anyone else. I guess Lombard is a possibility if he can beat Okami in impressive fashion.

There's talk of Evans moving down to Middleweight to fight him.

possible if evans beats lil nog in a couple weeks. i could also see them trying to convince gsp to take the fight, assuming he beats diaz. but that would mean keeping silva on the shelf until the latter part of the year. maybe they give him one of those LHW fights in the interim?

I hope not, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be Rockhold.

There is no way it will be Rockhold. the guy has basically just got on the map. They are not gonna take a strike-force champ who is barely recognized to fight Silva. Melendez is different story. hehas been champ for awhile with way more name recognition

Maybe they will wait for Weidman to heal up to fight Silva.

he's beat practically all the top LHW's already in impressive fashion in non-title exhibitions...why not go whole hog and tackle JBJones in a fight that would give him a chance to cement his legacy by holding two belts simultaneously...

(going the way that Dana seems to be angling for...calling out the smaller guy GSP...is pure crap IMO)

Rubberguard isn't gonna like this comment. By the way he beat two average fighters at 205 and one stiff. Everyone?

I would love to see Evans. Not sure why he put it out there that he wanted to come to 185 then just backed off it. Seems all talk to me. He belongs at 185 anyway. Not sure why he is wasting his time fighting Lil Nog.

Could be Weidman. Makes less sense now though. No casual fan really knows Weidman anymore than they do Rockhold. Now he is hurt and people forgot about the Munoz beat down. Weidman probably deserves it most, but doesn't make a ton of sense from the UFC's perspective.

If Vitor wasn't busy calling out other division champs and looking like an idiot, maybe he could have asked Anderson for another foot to face. I wouldn't mind seeing that rematch in the meantime, while everyone gets healthy or wants to make the weight he hinted at months ago.

UFC has done a shit job managing the 185 division. The matchups have never made sense if they actually want to produce a "contender".

Oh heres Belcher with a nice shiny record and crowd pleasing skills. Lets give him the wet blanket that is Okami.

Lets declare Bisping gets a shot with 1 more win. But lets give him a better striker and solid Brazilian grappler.....in Brazil.

Mousasi is too lazy to cut weight these days, but would like to see him at 185.
