He had a fight lined up with Mir and Mir got "hurt". He would steamroll Mir.

And I like that attitude vs. Jones. Would he beat him? I don't know. But he has a much better shot than Sonnen or pretty much anyone else at 205 right now.

-1000 is a bit much. Honestly I would cap him at about -400, but Mir still has name value for some reason. I think the line will open at about -250.

The Mir line had already came out. I don't remember exactly what it was. But I'm fairly sure it was north of -350. Mir has little chance in that fight.

Bones? If Belfort was +600 to +650 vs. Jones how do you expect Cormier to be the same as the 4th best middleweight?

If that fight happened now I would say Bones would be -400 to -500. If Cormier destroys Mir that line is less. Probably is less anyway.

He's also not getting any younger! He's 33 and has a history of health problems and injuries...he needs to get the big fights a big dollarz sooner rather than later whilst he's at his peak

Well, Cormier is used to closing the distance, since he always has a reach disadvantage. This alone gives him a better shot than the others in the division.

The first time Mir and Cormier were matched up the line came out at Cormier -350. Should be -400 to -450 this time around.

that when that add up all the judges score cards and subtract them from the loser? I've never bet those. Figured betting on judges score cards was a losing situation.

Actually, I was thinking this was a 5 rounder. In a 3 round fight, I wouldn't play the points handicap unless the line was really soft.
