Nobody's talking about Anthony Johnson. Don't know much about D.J. Linderman other than his 3 losses were decisions. Proves he's a tough fighter, but his level of competition isn't all that great. I just feel he's going to be way outclassed here. Johnson knows this is a huge opportunity to maybe get back to the UFC.

Why not? I think Rumble dominates. But again I know little of his opponent. Rumble has been talking a lot on how at his new proper weight he is a beast. And I believe him. As long as he doesn't run into any BJJ experts or elite wrestlers. But their are few of them at this level. His striking and physicality should be too much for most all these small show fighters.


Seems like these shows would consciously give these guys favorable matchups. They want their "stars" to shine. Only way they can promote shows is to have known guys destroying fools.

Linderman is legit, I would never pay over -350 on rumble against prob anyone, way too pricey... If you're willing to pay that kind of juice then I think there are bettter picks in that price range that have a better chance at winning / more value.

Rumble is the rightful fav but linderman is live as hell, imo.

I don't have these lines on my book unfortunately, but I'd def put a sprinkle on linderman at current odds.

he's had some close good fights against decent heavies who were way bigger than him. DJ is well rounded from what I know, but my question is what his chin is like as I think rumble might be the heaviest hittter he's fought with arguably the best stand up he's fought... DJ also looked quite larger than rumble at the weight ins. I just don't see what justifies rumble as such a huge fav, I don't think he completely owns DJ in any one aspect of the game. he's prob a good notch above DJ in striking, but outside of that I don't see an huge advantage so I guess I don't get why rumbles this huge fav and I don't agree with it, see some value in DJ's line.

Would consider taking rony torres over cobb, but again I think that fight is much closer than the line reflects, I capped torres around -160, not -220 that he's at now.
