    MGM Account Closed
My account was closed because they deemed that I had a gambling problem. I hadn't placed a wager on MGM in months until this past week, when I made a small deposit. I had mentioned that I was out of town for a family death, and my free passes had expired.
I ended up placing a $15 bet, and I noticed my account was locked when I tried to place a bet last night.

I found out this morning that my account was closed indefinitely. They also did not provide a reason and haven't refunded the money I had in my account.

Could anyone please help me, or is there a phone number I can call?

    Thank you!

There is 99.9% chance there is nothing you can do about this.

Once they have deemed you vulnerable they won't change that unless ordered by their regulator. And if you go to their regulator who then agrees with their decision you could find yourself locked out of every book licensed in that state.

If this is over a $15 bet my experience tells me that you might have said something to them they cannot ignore. Like I need this withdrawal to pay my rent urgently, for example.

But appealing to your state regulator is the path to take if you want to still try to fight it.

If you need any help with that message me your state and I'll give you any help I can.

The only personal thing I said was the death of a family member. Which was the reason I had thought the free plays had expired, because I wasn't in their account being out of town. I used MGM as a recreational/hobby book for odds I liked that I ran accros through season long of DFS football research. But, again they still have my money. Which is frustrating, no matter the size of it that they haven't refunded it back to me.
