So if sbr is now the watchdog for US books i may need help depending how this goes. I always thought Mgm was safe but after this happened i read online a ton of complaints on them. A couple having this same issue.
I have been depositing there Win some lose some. I deposited a bunch lost some won and withdrew 3 times was waiting for my money. At the same time several deposits they have not taken out of my bank yet. The 3 deposits pretty much is i think a little more then all the deposits.
I tried depositing several times and every time it got blocked. Then because it was blocked they locked my account. Then they wanted my license back and front my bank statement and a selfie holding my license .
So i send all that including a selfie i used at other books and was accepted no problem. That selfie was not good enough. So i do another ,and another ,and another. I just sent 2 more equaling like 7 or 8 times and none of them are good enough.
I read on reviews that they did the same thing to others where they never got their money. They said the same thing that they were blurry over and over.
What scares me is they still have not taken some of my deposits out of my bank account. That would be like $4000 worth. But the 3 withdraws is around $4800. So i am worried they will take the $4000 out but keep using the blurry selfie excuse to not have to pay me.
I almost feel like i just get the same automated response like they are not even looking at the selfies. If they hold my money hostage and never pay me idk what to do. I can try calling them tomorrow but i have no clue if that would do anything. I was hoping depending how the last 2 selfies i sent go that sbr can hep me . I guess i would have to go to the NJ gaming commission after that. I do not know what to do.
