I've been gambling online since 1999, talked to support handful of times and those were when payments got hard because of U.S. government not because I was scammed. Three weeks and two times I've had to talk to customer support and basically told **** off at Bet 365...isn't legal gambling awesome?
First time I had hundreds on there and more in action always on UFC parlays, it's all I bet there it's my version of slot machine for old ladies I like drunken parlays on UFC. I get a pop up offer deposit 100 bet and get 50, okay I got much more than that on here but free 50, and when I don't get it they claim I didn't click on something.
Thursday I get a bet 100 get 100, okay bet some college, all parlays so no sharp action here...get 100 "bonus credits". use them today on UFC 6 fight 3 way round robin, and an hour later log back in to bet more because I had 209 balance and now it's 109, wtf? Did I somehow bet cash not the bonus balance, well there is no bonus balance anymore. They deleted bonus credits and left the bet but replaced it with cash from my balance, no notification just **** you we're from Londistan where we can steal from you.
It's not even the money, just fucking scum. I started gambling with a pig farmer from Canada out of Costa Rica and treated great even though I was gambling $10 straight bet. This "legal" shit pretty fucking lame all around but bet365 just like London has been invaded and taken over by pure scumbags.
I sent them an email never heard anything, but anyone trusting them don't.
