    365 Withdraw
Anybody else experience this and if so, any help?

About 90 percent of my deposits over the past 2 years or so since I have had an account were via Venmo with 100 percent withdraws being Venmo. However 2 weeks ago my Venmo deposits started not working on 365 though for some reason, both companies blame the other so got absolutely no where. Fast forward to this week, go to make a withdraw and now just my bank account is the only withdraw option, no Venmo. My past withdraws only take a few hours but now I’m on multiple days just waiting. And of course 365 is just like it left 365 so it’s your bank. I’m just over this BS, bad enough we now pay taxes on this shit, get bombarded with ads daily, etc. now these fuks never accept responsibility, just pass the blame to each other. IMO the only good thing about legalize books was payouts now that’s gone. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hard to know who might be at fault or what is wrong, but my first guess would be your bank deciding they want customers to opt-in to being allowed to send funds to a bookmaker.

The Bet365 system strictly requires you to withdraw the same way you have deposited. So that is the only reason bank account is currently the only option.

If you deposit by another method that will be added as available for withdraw.

And if you want Venmo to work again I'd get on the phone and be insistent that it is them blocking transactions and can your request to have the block removed be escalated to someone more senior if the CS person doesn't know how to do it. if you give the CS person a reason to brush it off by saying you dont know if its the bookmaker they probably just do it. Bet365 do not block access to funding methods unless forced to. They definitely want your money.

      Thanks for advice.

I’ve only deposited Venmo and cash with PayNearMe so why when I go to withdraw now is it only allowing my bank account? Just an absolute shitshow currently and don’t understand the sudden change, just frustrating. And who the fk knows where the money is now, just kind of like wait a week and see. Didn’t realize I was back play with Sportsbookag.

I'd guess due to that being the default method when nothing else is validated. :\

I think you can probably sort this out with Venmo or the attached bank. Will just take persistence as it's not a normal issue 1st level CS people might always know about.

But the easiest way would be to make a deposit with Paypal and that will become available as a withdraw method.

You can also apply for Bet365 debit M@stercard and that will become available to withdraw to no matter how you deposited.
