I don't have a bet 365 acct but I have several charges to my debit card. I have contacted there live chat and verified that the acct that my debit card is attached to does not match my details. I am confused how these charges went through when nothing matches with the bet 365 and my own personal details verified with the site. I have contacted my local Gaming division about these fraudulent charges. Before I do the ********** with my bank how does bet 365 handle these situations would they refund my card the charges as it obviously fraud. Thanks for any advice
