Verlander due for a win here.... Daniel Bard has been less than stellar of late. Detroits offense has finally started to come around.

I love backing Verlander but there's zero value here


Detroit's been massively overvalued by Vegas all season. Their offense has severely underperformed and Verlander's facing a really great offense on the road here (where Boston averages about 5 and a half runs a game at home)


I would back this if it was something like +105, but I can't play a 150 favorite with how mediocre Detroit has been. They just cost Verlander a win in a game where he dominated against Cleveland (2-1 loss)

i do think the tigers will come out with this one but +100 on the road is a horrible RL, it needs to be closer to +130. theres more value in the sox ML at +140.

I would just stay away from this play. Dany Bard is awful

thats a misleading stat. he threw 8 shutout innings against them on opening day only for valverde to blow it.
