Coin, don't quit yet. We have some opportunities coming. I am watching the Braves even though they have won 3/4 the offense has been very anemic letely and are showing some signs of another collapse. Also, Anglels showed what they thought about the rest of there season in Oakland this week. Angles might be Cards of last year. I have been hyping them to my buddies and they keep disappointing me,but they might turn the corner and go on a sick run. They sure made the mighty Oakland A's look like the regular A's again.

Thinking about playing Yanks(small play) I like they won last nite. That will relieve some pressure. Phelps has pitched decent against Orioles maybe a few too many walks but they haven't really put together anything of any significance against him. Hammels is back, but the Yankess have real good numbers against him up and down the lineup. I think Yankess need to win today because based on tommorow's matchup I feel they will lose. I predict a split series where Yanks WLWL. They defintely lose Sunday imo..

Just got me some at heritage at +100 and some at -102. Usually prideful teams such as the Yankess win again after breaking a losing streak. I am counting on that as well and also the matchup ain't bad. Kinda feel the bats wake up against Hammels. They have a history of handling him pretty well. Plus I am sure they are damn tickled to leave the Trop.

Ha, I was going wrong from the get go last nite.. "meddle" I meant METTLE and yep the Orioles showed it. It was not a very good pick by me. I had done very well riding the O's lately and I go out there and bet against them.... and that crowd,atmosphere.. I totally did not consider that at all. It was electric at the yard last nite. Wish I was at the game last nite. The Orioles played just like champions last nite. They had there "ole shit" moment in the top of the 8th, and did you see the response??? That's what real contenders do. They were tested by the Yanks after coasting after the early lead after the Yanks tied it and Orioles just turned it up another notch. Initially, I was pissed at Robertson for serving up a rooster shot to the O's best player on a 1-2 count. Then I was pissed at Martin for calling such a stupid pitch 1-2, which was he wanted that fastball up,above the hands to get the K.. Which leaves no margin for error if you don't get it up and obviously he didn't. Personally I would have buried that slider and looked for a chase, if not you got 2-2 and then can throw bullshit... However, that is discounting the O's effort and I realized that after I simmered down. Alot of players get the pitch Jones got, the difference was he seized the opportunity and did not miss it. I see Braves foul that shit off all the time, but not Jones. The O's are going nowhere, they are the "fighting Showalter's and have taken on his personality. I would be shocked now if they don't win at least the next 2/3 against the Yanks this series. Bet accordingly.
