DET. -1 -125 4 UNITS. Those who have followed this thread know it's not in my DNA to lay -160, so we will lay the run and a small price. While neither team playing well still feel compelled to bet the Tigers. Clev. just 4-12 vs lefties with a .215 BA. Det. is 16-2 last 18 at home vs the Tribe and Jimenez is 0-4 with a 9.78 ERA in 4 career starts at Det.

ATL. +122 2 UNITS. A story of two pitchers going opposite direction vs opposing clubs. Hudson is 11-4(team 16-6 in his starts) vs Marlins, with a 2.94 ERA and WHIP of 1.242. Sanchez is 4-10 with 5.11 ERA and WHIP of 1.540 vs ATL. Also current Mia. players have combined OPS of just .656 vs Hudson in 261 plate appearances.

Well the Tigers fail us and a good day, good thing we did not lay that -160. So 3-1 for -0.16 units on Tuesday. It happens and will happen again a day of poor money mgt. on my part.

NATS. +115 3 UNITS - This line looks suspiciously low to me. Dickey has been off the charts: 17.3 scoreless innings,since early May he is 5-0 with a MLB best 1.45 ERA. In his last 3 outings has a 0.39 ERA with 30 K's and only 1 walk in 23 innings. The Mets are hitting avg. 5.8 runs last 7 games. The Nat's have many injury's and Wang is hanging low,he is not good.! So all you have to do to bet the Mets is to lay only -125.!!?? The disparity between these two pitchers is very big.I think the public will bid this one up but I have to go out,so one may get a better price in a few hours................................... .........gl

Well the Nats didn't come through but no regrets for this is the type of game that I love to cap,you just can't win them all. Time to move on to the next bet.

Good luck Ron we will get there,I really liked that Wash. game even though they lost,given the same "set-up" I would bet that game 10 out of 10 times.! Can not win them all. Just manage risk and power weight the games and we should be up at the end of the season....................gl
