maybe cause of all the extra innings they switched late? i checked before first pitch on espn, mlb (both had welke) and when i got home around 8pm and they both had welke.

Dex where exactly on espn/mlb do you find the umpires?

it was definitely Welke behind the plate. i watched the entire game (unfortunately). if they switched at some point in extra innings, i didn't notice.

pregame look at *Lineup* on ESPN, and MLB look at *Boxscore*

ESPN lists the umpire around 10min before first pitch - MLB looks like its back to about 30min..

No, only when the umpire (in this case Wegner) is on HP is it an A4 play.

i just liked it....im rarely doing write-ups anymore. superstitious. every time i talk up a play it seems to lose.

If you go to ESPN at the end of the day, night, when all the games are over. Click on MLB then click on schedule and it gives you the teams and scores in blue. Click on the teams you want and it goes to another page with all the info about the game just played, everything you could possibly want to know about that game. I just came from over there and i guess they're wrong but they still have Welke at first. No big deal but i'm just saying.
