Nice accomplishment indeed, but Hudson just went into Shea and nearly pitched a perfect game before eventually pitching a 3-hitter. The day before, Kyle Davies pitched a 3-hitter against them. The Mets are really struggling offensively right now.

I also think the ump is helping out the Padres. Alot of close calls have gone against the Mets.
