This was the only good play I could find today. I usually like to post at least three, but today the totals lines appear to be right on the mark. I couldn't find much value anywhere. Alot of the games today will be affected by a major player being out of the line-up. I don't mess with those games.

MLB overall is simply my record for all my posted plays (including totals), whereas the totals record is just for totals. I keep them separate because this thread is mainly about totals.

concerned about the dbacks/padres total. the only one

About two weeks ago I created an Excel spreadsheet that uses weighted averages across 9 parameters to generate predicted baseball scores. I started using it immediately but didn't post all the plays on here at first.

After using it for about week, I tweaked it on Aug 21 (five days ago). Since the tweak, totals have gone 16-3. Moneyline has gone 12-8. I have not posted all these plays because I try to select what the spreadsheet says are the best ones, and only post those. Maybe I should just post all of them everyday (like I did today). The one or two best totals according to the spreadsheet I call "locks."
