Brewers/Braves u8 (+110) 3 units Bet365
Braves RL (+200) 4.5 units Diamond (I think that Braves win and most of the games are decited by more than 1 run so... just for fun)
Grand Salami u42 (-120) 3 units Diamond (every game should go under except the Royals that can go either way)
Braves: Reyes have been good lately after a rough start. He got a 4.05 ERA overall this season, but in his L3 he got a great 2.82 ERA with 1.12 WHIP in 22.1 innings. In his last start Reyes allowed 2 runs, but only 1 earned on five hits for the second straight start inn 7 innings of work. He struck out three and walked four, one of which led to his only earned run of the night. Reyes lost against the Brewers earlier this season, on May 28, despite allowing just one run on two hits in seven innings. He also struck out a career-high nine in that game.
Sheets didn't have his best stuff last time out, but still was able to claim a victory as his teammates provided enough run support to give the Brewers a 5-4 win. Sheets walked four batters for the first time in nine starts, but won his fourth straight decision by limiting the Blue Jays to two runs over six innings of work. Closer Salomon Torres came in to work out of a jam and record the last five outs for the save, giving Sheets his team-high eighth win. This is the second time Sheets havn't preformed his best stuff in a row and on the road against a good home team in Braves and a hot Teixeira he might struggle, but who know.
Reyes is 0-1 with a 2.92 ERA in two career starts against the Brewers. He held them to one run and two hits while striking out nine in seven innings on May 28, but didn't get any help from his offense in a 1-0 loss.
The Braves lost the first two games of that three-game set in Milwaukee by one run apiece, but won the finale 8-1 behind four RBIs from Teixeira, a career .323 hitter (10-for-31) against the Brewers.
Milwaukee also got a multihomer game from its first baseman Sunday, when Prince Fielder went deep in the sixth and seventh innings of a 7-3 victory over Baltimore - the Brewers' sixth win in seven games.
Fielder is 15-for-37 (.405) with six homers, nine RBIs and 12 runs scored in his last 10 games.
Fielder, though, is 0-for-5 with two strikeouts lifetime against Braves starter Jo-Jo Reyes (3-4, 4.05), who has delivered back-to-back quality starts. The left-hander held Texas to two runs - one earned - and five hits in seven innings of Atlanta's 5-2 win Wednesday.
The L10 games hitting stats favour the Braves. The Brewers are hitting .223 with 3.55 R/9 vs lefties while the Braves are hitting .290 with 6.05 R/9 vs righties.
Also the Brewers are 1-4 in the L5 meetings in Atlanta.
D'Backs/Red Sox u8½: Haren vs Beckett.
Haren had his finest outing of the year Wednesday night against the A's at Chase Field. The right-hander held his former team to just one run on four hits over seven innings. Haren threw more cut fastballs than he normally does, in part because he figured the A's were more familiar with his repertoire than other teams. He began using the cut fastball this spring but got away from it early in the season. It's an important pitch for him because it gives him something to throw rather than just a straight fastball when he falls behind in the count 1-0 or 2-0. The right-hander is 1-3 with a 3.26 ERA in five starts against Boston and are looking for his third consecutive winning decision today.
Beckett (7-4, 3.87 ERA), who'll try for a third straight winning decision, is 4-0 in five starts at Fenway this season. His last victory, however, came Sunday at Cincinnati when he allowed six hits and struck out six in seven innings of a 9-0 victory over the Reds.
The right-hander, who's lasted at least six innings in his last six starts, is 1-3 with a 5.65 ERA against Arizona, but allowed two earned runs in eight innings for his lone win against the Diamondbacks on June 8, 2007.
Arizona has scored just eight runs in four games since beating Oakland 11-1 on Wednesday, the only time it has scored more than three runs in its last nine contests.
In their L10 games they are batting .237 with 3.56 R/9 vs righties.
Red Sox are batting .267 with 4.72 R/9.
Neither sides are hot at bat right now. The D'Backs got 2, 1 and 3 runs in their L3 while the Sox got 4, 3 and 5 runs.
