My thread is not like the others. It's the most updated line and recommended prediction based on average. I wasn't trying to side step the issue. I know what your negative comment was intending. "Editing" is the only way I can keep up with the all the changes from all the cappers and regular line movements. You are more than welcome to track my results daily, before you realize I'm not doing anything shady to improve my results. I choose to post like this to cater to the followers who are tired of refreshing a certain capper and whether or not they'll even post for a game. Unfortunately, most post their plays at the last minute, so the prediction may reverse or the weight may be less than should...I don't have time to start a war and justify my actions. I don't get anything but personal pride to post my picks based on my system.

The wager is not placed till it's highlighted, because I have to take into account the average weight of every capper I use to make the prediction. These are not my picks...I don't know why you don't understand? Fraudulent? rofl You are more than welcome to start writing down the picks and track the results before making any false claims with the system. Good Luck!

Shrink, i don't see the need for the negative tone. I appreciate doog's real-time brew of selected (GG, Dexter and a few more...all SBR-based, i'd suppose) capper's picks with unit-weightings assigned with his own proprietary averaging formula. We (and the OP) are free to bite at any/all of the plays in the slate...with the clear caveat, that the plays we see posted are not yet "official" until they get color-highlited (because some of the capper's he works into his deliberations haven't yet chimed in). It's clear that doog is probably holding off till he's satisfied he's "got" all he's gonna get before game time, at which time he'll pull his own trigger and highlight the play.

He's providing a handy "clearinghouse" service (i just wish I knew which two other sbr cappers doog's including in his all-star team, but i'm quite convinced that, like GG and Dex, they're no slouches)...not trying to make a name for himself.

Damn, there's a good example of how rapidly the "current state" of the recommendation can change. I'm 12-hours ahead of EST and need to sleep, so decided to go with the slate, as it was 30 minutes ago...3* on SFO at -200...i just noticed it's now un-recommended (no doubt, due to another capper(s) chiming in and doog's weighting formula adjusting...not on any re-evaluation of the OP himself...)...it's quite possible for another capper to post something that will either re-instate the SFO play,or even reverse it to a play on SDG of some size. I suppose that even the "O" or the "U" on the totals we now see posted (in black) may reverse.

I now appreciate the recommendation at the top of the slate to check back as close to trigger-pulling time as possible, or risk (enjoy?) not getting results very similar to those of the OP.

I agree that this is a unique thread, indeed.

As soon as any of your "stable" posts at least one official play for the calendar day that might show up in this section...(the same capper adding more picks later would of course affect the picks on your slate, but not the "number of cappers your still waiting for" counter at the top.

I notice that your presentation is constantly evolving/improving...I propose this simple feature as it might help followers of this new-concept thread decide whether to pull the trigger now, or hold off for closer to game time.

Whether you incorporate this or not, BOL on the project.

Thanks Professor. This is a work in progress as you mentioned. Today was a very disappointing day. I lost every large bet, while the small ones cancelled out. The good part of this system collaborates the best cappers and his or her (yeah right) "best of the best" picks. The majority of those top picks should come in, but doomed if the top ones do not mark a winner. I believe it's a good system, because when one capper goes on a losing streak the others seem to pick up the slack. Also, every capper seems to use a different angle and the average system should pick up on the common-factor bets, in particular its weight and wager. This system was designed to pick the top six picks for the sucker-bet parlays and round robins. I'm more concerned about the ROI than winning percentage. I don't want most cappers to know whom I use to distinguish the averages, because I'm looking for common factors. Anyway, I'm up over 200 units, so I know the system works. It's just unfortunate I cannot show good results, since I've started the thread. I started to bold the picks that were adjusted from a capper, while the others adjust based on my default theory and weight. I will use your suggestion and try to be more clear how many cappers I'm waiting on before it's highlighted. The capper with the best results unfortunately waits till the last possible second giving him time to tweet at least. It's usually finalized about 15 min prior game time. The more winning cappers the better. Whatever you see on my thread is the best recommendation at that time, since there are not guarantees anyway. I hope this all makes sense to you. Unfortunately, knowing how systemized this can be, my "hands are tied" because of the site's "old school" technology requiring much manual calculation and time. I hope to develop somekind of software, hence why I need to show results before I can sell the final product.

the SDG/SFO under is now official at 23units...seems all four cappers have weighed in (and weighed in heavy) on this play...this has to be a near "perfect storm" of love for this play...has your system in its relatively short life ever spit out such a high weight on one play...

Murphy's Law Reigns Supreme!...i know the feeling doog, you've been coasting along in an acceptably-bumpy upward ride for months with this...as soon as you decide to "go public" with it...that's when the first real "character-building" downturn occurs.

BTW, that's what this is, a character-builder...keep on doin' what you did to buildup the 200-odd units...in the "mutual fund" or stock-market world, no-one gets rattled by a 25% pull-back after a nice up-run (which is almost exactly what this is)...in fact it's usually seen in a positive light (a nice opportunity to pick up more shares cheaply before the long-term uptrend resumes.

I'm changing up the system because I like my own style of capping. The "average" system killed me for two weeks. I don't like the emotional chasing (it seems) affecting the weight of many picks dealing with winner's variance. If a winning capper tracking is on the same picks, then I'll add a unit or opposite lower a unit. However, overall these are my own picks and weight. Let's try this out for a bit...
