Live Bet: Mets -2.5 (-115) 1.15 to win 1...Making this bet to at least have one win in a potentially terrible night, if the Tigers can't score and lose 1-0 despite another great Verlander outing I'm going to be out about 8 units, but I am making this bet mainly because Pelfrey is cruising against the Dodgers, I am getting the line at a good value because the Dodgers are coming up to bat and I feel Pelfrey will not only shut them down in the bottom of the sixth coming up, but will stay in the game long enough to avoid the awfulness that is the Mets middle relief

Parlay: Blue Jays/Indians (Villanueva/McCallister) Game Total Over 8 (-115) and Cubs (-105) 1 to win 2.65...I was the luckiest guy in the world to win this bet, had to be the two most improbable wins for bettors last night and that fact I had both in a parlay is hilarious First Game: I thought McCallister making his debut would have given up more runs (only 3ER) and the Indians would be able to scratch across some runs against Villanueva (0 ER), I was completely wrong on both accounts, but the Indians scored 5 in the bottom of the ninth including a walk off grand slam to save my over (Final 5-4), Second Game: I picked the Cubs in this game because Garza was coming off his best start of the year, I again was completely wrong as Garza gave up 7ER in 2IP, the Cubs came back from down 8-0 in the 4th have my ass saved again (Final 10-9) WIN (+2.65 Units)

Straight Bet: Rays (+173) 1 to win 1.73...I was surprised the line was so high for a Yanks team that was having Colon pitch his first start off the DL and the Rays throwing Niemann who is a capable starter, Colon got hit around giving up 5ER in 5IP and Niemann pitched great holding the Yanks to only 1ER in 7.1IP (Final 5-1) WIN (+1.73 Units)

Straight Bet: Mariners (+163) 1 to win 1.63...I picked the Mariners here because of the value of the bet, the Angels are a .500 team at home and Weaver has really cooled off after his insane start to the year, Fister pitched well, but the terrible Mariners offense wasn't able to muster enough runs to ever really make this a game (Final 5-1) LOSS (-1 Unit)

Straight Bet: Indians -1.5 (+140) 1 to win 1.40...Masterson has been great all season and the Indians offense should more than handle Guthrie

Straight Bet: Blue Jays (+130) 1 to win 1.30...I think Colon is finally coming back down to Earth after his great start to the season, Jo Jo Reyes does worry me and the only real reason I took this bet is because I think its 50/50, the Jays are at home, and I liked the value

Straight Bet: Marlins/Cubs (Sanchez/Garza) H+R+E Under 25 (-115) 1.15 to win 1...Both Garza and Sanchez are strong starters and the wind is blowing in tonight at Wrigley

Parlay: Giants (-110) and Indians (-117) 1 to win 2.54...First Game: Giants are a better team then the Padres who struggle to score runs at home, Bumgarner should handle their lineup and the Giants should scratch across enough runs against the has-been Harang, Second Game: As I said the Masterson has pitched well all season and Guthrie is 3-12 on the year and on pace to lose 20 games

Parlay: Brewers/Rockies (Gallardo/Jimenez) Game Total Under 8.5 (-110) and Rangers/Mariners (Holland/Vargas) Game Total Over 7 (EV) 1 to win 2.82...First Game: Both are solid pitchers coming off strong starts the line is skewed because its being played at Coors, I think the final will be 5-3 or 4-3, Second Game: I don't really know why the line is so low, Holland is a terrible pitcher who the M's offense should be able to score 3 or 4 against and Vargas is an above average pitcher, but he is facing the second best offense in the league, I think the game will end 8-4
