#492Not a problem shoot away. Note the RUN plays have not done very well Run plays are 2w-7L. No RUN is 17-9 so i am not going to play RUN until i figure out a better way to predict that one.Comment -

Not sure what you are asking
It just has the lines on the left then two columns with the team's 1st inn stats then two columns with the pitcher's 1st inn stats
Or are you asking how I get that info into the sheet?Comment -

#494I guess what I was wondering is how do you determine plays or is this purely informational?Comment -

#495Differents Pitcher Stats
I was looking at your spreadsheet and noticed I had a few stats that differed from yours. I used sportsdatabase.com. Here are the one that differ from your spreadsheet:
KAN - Hochevar Y=5 N=8
BOS - Beckett Y=1 N=11
CHC - Wells Y=1 N=2
PIT - Karstens Y=1 N=8
ATL - Jurrjens Y=0 N=
WAS - Hernandez Y=4 N=9
SDG - Harang Y=6 N=6
SFO - Bumgardner Y=1 N=11.
You might want to recheck your source.
Thanks,
DeanComment -

Dean you are totally right thanks for that. Well i used sports database and then when i get the WHIP i use espn and make sure the games started total adds up right. ESPN had issues the other night and stats were messed up so i was getting confused and guess made some mistakes. Thanks again i will make sure i check the other ones as well. Luckily i dont think it changes any plays today for me.Comment -

So those plays may change due to some player changes but to me its all about the pitcher. Todays plays probably will not change. Tomorrows and i have sundays looks as well can change with pitcher changes or the scoring in 1st avg updated. The future plays are just quick looks nothing more, since they could change. Yes wind is a factor and lineup changes can affect the outcome but my filters are very strict on WHIP and NSFI pitcher avg and Scoring in the first avg, sat and sunday i only have 2 plays eventhough there are some real nice matchups on sunday. If a pitcher is consistant in the first inning i dont feel like it matters who the batters are, unless they are going against a team with a scoring avg in 1st above a certain #, in that case its a no play for me. I have very small bank roll and trying to build it up. I am also working with jnsbanman on filters and such so he is also adding other filters to it, usually our picks are the same but he usually ends up with more plays since my filters are more strict and based on really 3 categories while his has 11.
So in short future plays are by no means set in stone, i think you would call them blind eye. sorry if it doesnt make sense.Comment -
